SCHEDULING YOUR
Newborn Photography
SESSION
The ideal time for a Newborn Portrait Session is when your baby is between 5 to 14 days old. Babies are very sleepy during this time, have minimal sensitivity to touch and sound, and are very comfortable in those adorable curled-up infant photography poses we all adore so much.
The window to have a Newborn Session is short, which is why I recommend booking your baby's session ahead of time while you are still pregnant. Of course, I do understand that babies often don't arrive when they are expected to. For this reason, all of my newborn portrait appointments are on tentative basis. I keep in touch with you for all the latest updates. Once your baby arrives, then we can move the appointment if necessary, as long as your booking is complete and you are officially on my calendar.
If your baby is already here and you haven't had a chance to book a Newborn Session ahead of time, don't worry! Please send me an email as soon as possible so that we can work on adding you to my calendar. This is a very special moment in you and your baby's life, and my goal is to capture those beautiful moments to freeze in time before it's too late.
Booking Options
You may book a Newborn Photography Session by itself, or combine it with a Maternity Session. The advantage of choosing a combination package over a single portrait session is that during this busy time in your life, you won't have to stress about missing out on the most important milestones in your baby's life. These once in a lifetime sessions are designed to provide you with memories to cherish for eternity.
WHAT TO BRING
We ask that you bring a pacifier, swaddle and a few clean diapers. If you plan to join your baby for a family portrait please set aside a nice outfit for the family photos. We recommend skin-on-skin, black or neutral tones and soft solid colors for intimate family portraits. It's best to avoid chunky jewelry and watches, which can be distracting elements. We provide blankets, wraps, and props. However, we understand that each session is customizable and sometimes parents like to bring along their own newborn accessories.

Our newborn photography services are tailored to capture the beauty and innocence of your newest addition in a unique and timeless way. We understand that every new baby is special and unique, so we specialize in customizing each session for your individual needs. Every session is designed specifically to your vision, whether that be an in home lifestyle session or a posed with props session. We are here to capture every image you are envisioning and to make sure that you are left with beautiful memories that you will cherish for a lifetime.

Artistic
EDITING
Your portrait session is only the beginning of creating your custom artwork. Within 48-hours of your photoshoot, you'll be receiving a link to your private proofing gallery to select your favorite images for editing. Once you've finalized your favorites, we will artistically edit each image selected. Please understand that we do not release RAW files, as they are not finished products.
You're welcome to purchase additional edited digital portraits.
We want you to treasure your final portraits. As you'll see in our Before & After gallery, each image is tastefully edited into a unique work of art. For every minute we spend together, we spend hundreds more behind the scenes to make your final photos and overall experience truly exceptional.
